Cancellation Policy

Luxury Picnic Booking Policy Thank you for choosing us to create your luxury picnic experience. To ensure a seamless and beautifully prepared event, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Deposits are paid via e-transfer to redislandevents@gmail.com Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Final Payment The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled picnic date. If the final payment is not received by this time, your booking may be subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change—rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Weather Policy In the event of poor weather, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust your picnic location where possible. Late Arrivals Your picnic experience begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience time. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined above. We can’t wait to create a beautiful and memorable experience for you ✨
